About the Role

You'll be the go-to person who ensures smooth clinic operations — from coordinating schedules and keeping records up to date, to making sure every client and pet gets a great experience.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily appointments and assist the veterinary team.
  • Keep client and patient files organized and updated.
  • Manage payments, invoices, and basic reporting.
  • Support inventory tracking and supply coordination.
  • Welcome clients and provide clear, friendly assistance.

Qualifications

  • College graduate preferred (Senior High graduates may apply).
  • Background in admin, healthcare, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using MS Office and digital tools.

Location: Pasay (near Cartimar and LRT Gil Puyat) applicant must be near the area

Schedule: Monday to Saturday
