About the Role
You'll be the go-to person who ensures smooth clinic operations — from coordinating schedules and keeping records up to date, to making sure every client and pet gets a great experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily appointments and assist the veterinary team.
- Keep client and patient files organized and updated.
- Manage payments, invoices, and basic reporting.
- Support inventory tracking and supply coordination.
- Welcome clients and provide clear, friendly assistance.
Qualifications
- College graduate preferred (Senior High graduates may apply).
- Background in admin, healthcare, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using MS Office and digital tools.
Location: Pasay (near Cartimar and LRT Gil Puyat) applicant must be near the area
Schedule: Monday to Saturday
