The Service Provider shall perform the following services:Technical Designs

  • Deliverables: Develop and deliver technical design documents that outline the architecture, data models and system components necessary for the project.
  • Specifications: The designs should follow standard practices and meet the requirements mentioned in the project scope.

Code Development

  • Deliverables: Write and deliver the source code based on the agreed-upon designs and project requirements.

Technology stack is GraphQL/REST, Java SpringBoot Webflux, AWS.

  • Specifications: Code must meet the industry standards for quality, including readability, maintainability and performance.

Testing and Quality Assurance

  • Specifications: Quality should align with the expectations for performance and reliability.

Deployment

  • Deliverables: Deploy the final solution to the production environment using the current CI/CD architecture.
  • Specifications: Deployment must utilize the existing CI/CD processes and tools to ensure efficient, automated and reliable integration and deployment of code.

This includes following all the deployment procedures and schedules established by the CI/CD framework. Support and Maintenance

  • Deliverables: Provide support and maintenance for all code deployed to production.

This includes addressing and resolving the issues, troubleshooting, and applying necessary bug fixes or updates.

  • Specifications: Support will cover all aspects of deployed code, ensuring that any issues are promptly addressed and resolved.

Mandatory Skills Description:
