  • Preferably knowledgeable in QA/QC laboratory setup, CGMP, GDP, GLP, and ISO

  • Willing to be assigned at Balubad II, Silang Cavite.

Job Description

  • Receive and log incoming raw materials, packaging components and semi-finished products.
  • Perform physico-chemical analyses, sensory evaluations, visual inspections and other test methods according to SOPs and specifications.
  • Conduct microbiological testing (where applicable) and environmental monitoring as required.
  • Evaluate test results versus specification limits, document outcomes and recommend disposition (accept/reject) of materials/products.
  • Maintain laboratory equipment, ensure proper calibration and verification of measuring devices.
  • Prepare reagents, standards and test solutions, maintain inventory of supplies.
  • Generate and maintain accurate and timely records: laboratory logs, worksheets, Certificates of Analysis or Conformance, deviation reports.
