Job Summary

The Store and Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing both retail store operations and business-to-business (B2B) marketing initiatives. This role ensures that the store achieves its sales targets, maintains excellent customer service standards, and strengthens the company's market presence through effective marketing and partnership strategies.

The position requires a balance of operational leadership, sales management, and strategic marketing execution to support company growth across both in-store and corporate channels.

Key Responsibilities

A. Store Operations

  • Supervise daily store operations, ensuring smooth transactions and excellent customer experience.
  • Lead and motivate store staff to achieve sales goals and maintain product knowledge.

B. Sales and B2B Marketing

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote store sales and B2B partnerships.
  • Identify and engage corporate clients, resellers, and institutional buyers for business opportunities.

C. Administrative and Reporting

  • Ensure proper documentation and reporting of sales, marketing activities, and expenses.
  • Submit weekly and monthly performance reports to management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in retail management, marketing, or B2B sales.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage both store operations and marketing initiatives.
  • Experience in sales forecasting, client handling, and promotional planning.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and retail analytics is an advantage.
  • Willing to work onsite (Valenzuela) and travel occasionally for business meetings or store visits.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
