Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Legal Executive Assistant to support a busy legal practice. The ideal candidate has experience working closely with executives, preferably within a legal environment, and is comfortable managing projects, handling client communications, and supporting day-to-day operations. Strong English communication skills are essential, as this role will assist with phone calls and client interactions.

Schedule:8:30 to 5:30 pm CST
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive & Legal Support:
Provide administrative and operational support to the principal attorney, including calendar management, email handling, document preparation, and coordination of legal matters. - Client Communication:
Answer and manage phone calls professionally, communicate clearly with clients, and assist with intake or follow-ups as needed. - Project Management:
Track ongoing projects, deadlines, and deliverables; ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time. - Legal Administration:
Assist with legal documents, case-related organization, filing, and coordination (legal experience strongly preferred). - Social Media & Content Support:
Manage or assist with social media accounts and support basic video editing or content preparation, if required. - General Administrative Tasks:
Handle research, scheduling, travel coordination, and other duties as assigned.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting a legal professional or law firm
- Strong English speaking and writing skills (required)
- Legal experience or familiarity with legal workflows and terminology
- This is a client facing role and familiarity with medical terminology is a big plus
- Project management experience with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information
- Social media management and video editing experience is a plus
Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an "Independent Contractor" arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional pay rate is based on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
