Project Nurse

Job description

A project nurse provides healthcare services, first aid, and emergency response on a specific project site, often a construction site. They are responsible for the health and safety of all workers and staff at the project. Project nurses also promote health education, participate in accident investigations and maintain medical records.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for health monitoring of all project personnel.
• Provides first aid, basic medical care and immediate action in case of accidents.
• Monitoring and conducting employee health, including vital signs and symptoms.
• Participating in the development and implementation of health and safety programs.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records for all employees.
• Managing and monitoring the inventory of medical supplies and equipment.
• Preparing and submitting reports on health-related matters.
• Coordinating with the Safety Officers in cases of accidents, injuries, and illnesses.
• Provide training to workers on health and safety practices.
• Performing other administrative tasks as assigned by the project manager or supervisor.

Education & Training:

• Graduate of BS in Nursing
• Must be a Registered Nurse

Qualifications:

• At least 1 to 2 years of working experience preferably in a construction industry.
• Preferably with OHNAP Certification.
• Has strong communication and interpersonal skills been crucial for interacting with workers and management.
• Ability to deliver high quality of work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work in a construction site.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php21, Php25,000.00 per month
