What You'll Do


• Provide technical support, configuration, and troubleshooting for core applications —
Automation Engine, LifePRO, and EAS


• Support nightly cycles, including after-hours incident resolution when needed


• Design and modify moderately complex automation workflows and batch processes


• Identify root causes and lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) meetings


• Collaborate with business users, IT professionals, and vendors to resolve application issues


• Manage system requirements, testing, and configuration changes following best practices


• Contribute to full project lifecycles—from design and development to testing and deployment


What You Bring


• 3–5 years of IT Operations or Application Support experience


• Hands-on experience with
Automation Engine, AWS Cloud Computing, Datadog


• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills


• Knowledge of IT ecosystems, application security, and network permissions


• Excellent teamwork and communication skills


• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
