Occupational Therapist

As an
Occupational Therapist
at
Playground Therapy Clinic
, you will help children with developmental delays, learning difficulties, autism, ADHD, and other special needs build the skills they need for daily life and school readiness. Success in this role means seeing children gradually gain independence, improve their focus and behavior, and become more confident in their daily routines. You will play a key role in our interdisciplinary team, working closely all our licensed professionals in providing holistic care for every child.

Responsibilities

• Assess children's developmental needs and create individualized therapy plans.
• Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions using play-based, evidence-based methods.
• Support children in developing daily living skills (eating, hygiene, dressing), fine motor skills, focus, and emotional regulation.
• Document session notes, progress reports, and goal updates in a clear and timely manner.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other therapists to ensure consistent strategies across home, school, and clinic.
• Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and training sessions to continuously improve service quality.
• Educate parents on home programs and strategies to support their child's progress outside therapy.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (PRC).
• Preferably with pediatric experience, but fresh board passers are welcome to apply.
