What you'll be doing

  1. Perform a range of advanced skincare and beauty treatments such as facials, chemical peels, and microdermabrasion
  2. Conduct comprehensive skin analyses and consultations to develop personalised treatment plans for clients
  3. Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on proper skincare routines and product recommendations
  4. Maintain detailed client records and ensure a high standard of hygiene and safety protocols
  5. Collaborate with the wider medical team to deliver integrated, holistic care to patients
  6. Actively participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques

What we're looking for

  1. Formal qualifications in Aesthetics, Cosmetology, or a related field
  2. Minimum 2 years' experience working as an Aesthetician in a dermatology, medical spa, or similar clinical setting
  3. Extensive knowledge of advanced skincare treatments, product ingredients, and their effects on the skin
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with the medical team
  5. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to a positive, patient-centric environment
  6. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and accurately
