Key responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming customer enquiries through phone, email, and chat channels

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably within the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to effectively address customer queries
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and database management tools
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • A customer-centric mindset and a genuine desire to deliver exceptional service
