Key Responsibilities: Bulldozer and Backhoe Operator

  • Operate bulldozer and backhoe equipment to perform excavation, grading, trenching, and earthmoving tasks.
  • Dig trenches, foundations, and prepare construction sites according to project specifications.
  • Load, transport, and move construction materials such as soil, gravel, rocks, and debris.
  • Inspect, maintain, and perform routine checks on equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
  • Follow all site safety protocols and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
  • Assist in site preparation, cleanup, and other construction-related activities as needed.
  • Adapt to varying project locations, schedules, and work conditions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience operating bulldozer and backhoe machinery in construction environments.
  • Strong knowledge of construction site safety standards and best practices.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and follow site plans and instructions accurately.
  • Valid driver's license with appropriate restriction codes.
  • Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
