JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Understand construction drawings, requirements and standards
  • Review project documents in preparation of tendering work
  • Study, identify and prepare scope of works / Bill of Quantities
  • Participate in the tendering of project, doing quantification works, assistance in cost estimation and gathering supplier / subcontractor quotation
  • Prepare drawings, understand construction planning and draft work methodologies
  • Perform any related task as directed by immediate superior and managers

QUALIFICATION/REQUIREMENTS :

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's / College Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Licensed engineer is an advantage, but not required
  • Minimum work experience of 1-3 years related work
  • Fresh graduate with good credentials may also be acceptable
  • Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Good writing and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledgeable in computer software as to at least MS Office applications and Autocad
  • Can work well with co-employees, good people skills, approachable, and able to adjust to different levels of the organization
  • Willing to be temporarily assigned abroad to do tender works (if needed)
  • Willing to be assigned at site office (if needed)
  • Willing to work overtime

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php28, Php45,000.00 per month
