Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Officer - Infrastructure, based in Calabarzon, Philippines. The IT Officer will be responsible for maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure, providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring network and system administration are functioning effectively. The role involves implementing and managing IT solutions, monitoring system performance, and ensuring network security in alignment with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Troubleshooting and providing effective solutions to IT-related issues
• Strong knowledge and expertise in Information Technology and Technical Support
• Familiarity with Network Administration and maintaining network connectivity and performance
• Experience in System Administration, including managing servers and related infrastructure
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate technical concepts effectively
• Proactive and detail-oriented problem-solver with strong organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Industry certifications such as CompTIA, CCNA, or Microsoft Certifications are a plus
