-Team Coordination & Supervision: Oversees and coordinates activities of lower-level employees; assists in interviewing and hiring; provides guidance and status updates to supervisors; may perform tasks of lower roles as needed.

-System & Software Management: Conducts research and makes recommendations for system upgrades/replacements including security, integrations, ; monitors system integrity and performs administrative tasks like backups and upgrades.

-Project Management: Handles small to medium-scale projects, manages documentation, tracks deliverables, monitors progress and costs, and regularly updates stakeholders.

-IT Support & Troubleshooting: Responds to IT issues, logs incidents, identifies problem categories, resolves or escalates issues as per SLAs, and provides after-hours/on-call support.

-User Support: Assists users in troubleshooting and resolving end-user problems; provides black-box testing for quality assurance.
