Position Summary:

The ICT Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining the school's ICT equipment, peripherals, and systems. The role also provides technical support, ensures smooth ICT operations, and handles the setup and operation of the school's sound system during events.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent technical training/experience).
  • Proven experience in computer hardware/software troubleshooting and repair.
  • Familiarity with installation and maintenance of ICT systems, peripherals, and networks.
  • Experience in handling and setting up sound systems is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with different departments.
  • High regard for confidentiality, accuracy, and attention to detail.
