About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Branch Associate to join our Masbate Branch team at City Savings Bank. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and supporting the day-to-day operations of our local branch. What you'll be doing

1. Greet and assist customers with their banking queries and transactions in a friendly and professional manner
2. Process a variety of banking transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and bill payments
3. Provide information to customers about our products and services and help them select the best options to meet their financial needs
4. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions and transactions
5. Support branch administration tasks, including cash handling, balancing, and reporting
6. Contribute to a positive team environment and collaborate with colleagues to deliver an exceptional customer experience

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's Degree of any Business course or equivalent, with some prior experience in customer service or a retail environment
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide friendly and helpful service to customers
3. Proficient in using computer systems and basic office equipment
4. Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently
5. A team player with a positive attitude and the willingness to learn and grow
