About the role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative I to join our team. This full-time role is based in Bridgetowne, Pasig and offers the opportunity to earn up to 25,000 per month.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email and chat
  • Responding to customer inquiries, concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Accurately documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggesting improvements to processes
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of customer service
  • Adhering to all company policies, procedures and quality standards
