Job Summary

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the memorial park in Ilagan, Isabela, ensuring that all activities are executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company standards and local government regulations. This role supervises maintenance staff, coordinates project implementation, manages safety and emergency protocols, ensures the availability of tools and supplies, and facilitates permit renewals and regulatory compliance. The Operations Supervisor also prepares accurate and timely reports, coordinates with vendors and contractors, and supports infrastructure and site improvement initiatives. The position requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to balance operational demands with compliance and safety requirements.
