Coupa Consultant

We are seeking to recruit a Mandarin- or Cantonese-speaking Coupa consultant based in the Philippines for a remote Coupa rollout project

Key Responsibilities:
Perform Coupa system configuration & coordinate deployment activities

• Translate business process requirements into functional and technical options/solutions

• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, perform Fit/Gap Analysis, document decisions, and maintain configuration documentation.

• Facilitate testing activities (unit test, SIT, UAT, regression testing)

• Perform data loads, coordinate error resolutions and pre/post load validations

• Support and contribute to the end-to-end client life cycle, from initial proposal to transition to BAU

Role Requirements:

• Proficient in Mandarin or Cantonese – MANDATORY

• Proficient in English – MANDATORY

• 2 Years of experience with Coupa configuration - MANDATORY

• Based in the Philippines - MANDATORY

• Source to Pay process knowledge is necessary

• Experience in designing and facilitating setup and configuration of one or more Coupa modules (e.g. Procurement, Payables, Supplier Information Management, Sourcing, Contract Lifecycle Management)

• Ability to communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders

• Willingness to work flexibly across geographic time zones
