We are seeking an Inside Sales Consultant (Staffing Sales / Business Development) to support strategic clients through outbound business development and early-stage sales execution.

This contract role is ideal for candidates with staffing sales or recruiting experience who want to grow into client-facing sales roles and thrive in a hunter-style environment.

Location: Hybrid at BGC, Taguig

Schedule: UK/US hours

Key Responsibilities

● Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, email, and targeted outreach

● Open new accounts and identify net-new business opportunities

● Support senior sales leaders with lead qualification, discovery calls, and initial client outreach

● Track sales activity, pipeline progress, and CRM updates

● Meet or exceed activity-based sales metrics

Required Qualifications

● 2+ years of experience in staffing sales, agency recruiting, or business development

● Strong outbound prospecting and cold-calling experience

● Proven ability to open new accounts in a metrics-driven environment

● Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

● Must have a valid passport

Preferred Qualifications

● Experience supporting senior sales executives

● B2B sales exposure within staffing, professional services, or technology

● Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines
