Logistics Assistant

Job Responsibilities (includes but not limited to):

  • Arrange and coordinate logistics requirements (land/sea/air) for provincial deliveries
  • Prepare accurate quarterly inventory reports
  • Monitor consumption reports and manage monthly stocking of fast-moving items
  • Receive and schedule shipments, manage freight operations, and maintain accurate shipping documentation
  • Handle daily itinerary scheduling of company drivers
  • Address and resolve logistics issues, including delayed shipments, rush orders, and route adjustments
  • Assist in various warehouse duties as needed

Requirements:

  • Graduate of a Vocational or Bachelor's degree
  • With experience in logistics monitoring and coordination
  • Experience in handling local logistics (land/sea/air freight)
  • Background in managing drivers' daily itinerary
  • Familiarity with Metro Manila routes
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Knowledgeable in Warehouse SOPs
  • Familiar with ERP or SAP systems
  • Willing to work in Pasig City
  • Can start immediately

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php100.00 per month
