JOB DESCRIPTION

  • This position is primarily for assisting and resolving client-raised conflicts, subject to a conciliation hearing through Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD).
  • This position's main function is to resolve disputes and negotiations between clients and the business.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) Iin Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
  • Preferably with 1 year experience in related field (Real Estate, client servicing).
  • Must possess excellent communication skills.
  • Candidate must  be willling to do field work.
