  • Overseeing daily warehouse, logistics & delivery activities, ensuring processes are followed, and tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Leading, training, and mentoring warehouse team members to improve performance and skills.
  • Tracking warehouse metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce waste
  • Ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, conducting regular inspections, and enforcing compliance with regulations.
  • Preparing and maintaining warehouse reports, documenting performance, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • A thorough understanding of warehouse processes, equipment, and safety procedures
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships

Qualifications:

  • College Level/College Graduate
  • With experience in handling a team is a plus
  • With experience in operating forklift is a plus
  • With experience in PEZA Processing is a plus but not required
  • Can handle pressure
