About the role

Sodexo On-Site Services Philippines, Inc. is seeking a full-time Concierge / Front Desk Officer to assist the guests efficiently, courteously and professionally in all of Conference Centers related functions or events . He is also responsible to maintain high standard of service at all times.

What you'll be doing

  • Receive and communicate with AS Conference Center team in correspondence with company policy.
  • Handle requests of clients and pass onto the appropriate personnel.
  • Handle confidential documents in correspondence with company procedures.
  • Manage and make appropriate records to ensure client requirements are satisfied.
  • Liaise with other functions (e.g. housekeeping) regarding client requirements (e.g. table/event layouts etc.)
  • Performs professional management of any complaints in accordance with company procedures.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1 year experience as front reception or guest service agent at professional level.
  • Completed a bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or any related courses.
  • With high average interpersonal and oral communication skills.
  • Passionate with excitement for the hospitality / service industry.
