Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations
- Manage internal and external communications
- Organize and maintain files, records, and documents
- Coordinate with different departments to support daily activities
- Assist in monitoring delivery truck parts, repair, and maintenance when needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Automotive Technology or any related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Good time management and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willing to be assigned in San Pedro, Parañaque, or Biñan
- Knowledge of delivery truck parts, repair, and maintenance is a plus
