Sucat, Philippines Lucky Se7en Inc. Full time ₱250,000 - ₱350,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations
  • Manage internal and external communications
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and documents
  • Coordinate with different departments to support daily activities
  • Assist in monitoring delivery truck parts, repair, and maintenance when needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Automotive Technology or any related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Good time management and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willing to be assigned in San Pedro, Parañaque, or Biñan
  • Knowledge of delivery truck parts, repair, and maintenance is a plus
