IT Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented IT Support Technician to oversee background CCTV monitoring, install and maintain computer hardware, and ensure the smooth operation of network lines and data points. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in IT support and a solid understanding of surveillance systems and basic networking.

Key Responsibilities:CCTV Monitoring & Surveillance Support

• Monitor CCTV systems to ensure operational performance and security coverage.
• Identify, report, and escalate any suspicious activities or system malfunctions.
• Maintain video footage archives according to company policy.
• Coordinate with security and IT teams to resolve camera or system issues.

Computer & IT Equipment Installation

• Install and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware.
• Set up and maintain user workstations and peripheral devices.
• Perform routine hardware inspections and upgrades as needed.

Network Infrastructure Maintenance

• Install and manage network points, cabling, and connectivity across the facility.
• Troubleshoot and repair LAN/WAN connections, Wi-Fi, and switches.
• Ensure stable and secure data connections for all endpoints.

General IT Support

• Respond to service requests and technical issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain documentation of installations, repairs, and network layouts.
• Support end-users with basic troubleshooting and technical guidance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in IT support, CCTV systems, and basic networking.
• Knowledge of Windows OS, networking protocols, and computer hardware.
• Familiarity with IP-based surveillance systems and monitoring software.
• Ability to read and follow network schematics and layouts.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php22, Php25,000.00 per month
