Job Description

As a Finance & Operations Associate, you will perform critical bookkeeping functions, manage customer and vendor payments, and ensure meticulous financial records. You'll reconcile accounts, collaborate internally for smooth workflows, and confidently manage projects to completion with minimal oversight, contributing significantly to our retail-focused finance operations.

The Qualifications We Seek

• 3-5 years of experience in finance, bookkeeping, accounting, or operations
• Proficiency with accounting systems (QuickBooks Online experience preferred)
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage and take ownership of tasks and small projects independently
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work through financial or operational challenges as they arise
• Strong learning ability and adaptability across different business functions
• Prior experience supporting U.S.-based businesses is a plus

Your Daily Tasks

• Perform day-to-day bookkeeping and business operations across multiple business entities
• Handle customer and vendor payments, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
• Conduct regular account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
• Communicate with customers regarding outstanding payments and transaction clarifications
• Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth financial workflows
• Prepare reports and assist in documentation as part of the financial process
• Support additional business operations tasks as needed, with flexibility and attention to detail
• Take responsibility for assigned projects and follow them through to completion with minimal oversight
