Store Reliever

Store Relievers provide support to stores during staff shortages and assist in inventory audits, ensuring smooth store operations and accurate stock management. They assist in the accurate counting, recording, and reconciliation of items to ensure that all variances are properly documented. Relievers are also deployed when stores are short-staffed, ensuring operations and audit procedures continue smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a temporary staff in stores when manpower is insufficient, especially during peak seasons.
• Assist in daily store operations such as customer service, cashiering, merchandising, and replenishment of stocks.
• Support the audit team during store inventory by:
• Counting, checking, and verifying actual stocks against system records.
• Identifying discrepancies such as losses, overages, pull-outs, or wrong entries.
• Preparing notes and documentation for reconciliation.
• Coordinate with store supervisors and auditors to ensure accurate reporting of inventory results.
• Follow company policies and procedures to maintain integrity and consistency in operations.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.
• Ensure compliance with audit procedures, company policies, and store guidelines.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of audit-related data.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Audit Supervisor or Store Manager.

Qualifications:

• College level; business-related courses preferred.
• Experience in retail, audit, or inventory management is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to be assigned to different stores depending on audit schedules.

Working Conditions:

• Relievers may be deployed on short notice depending on store needs.
• Work schedule may vary, especially during peak seasons or store audit periods.
• May be required to work weekends and holidays when necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,000.00 per month
