Eggroom Supervisor

Job Summary:

Egg room Supervisor is responsible for planning, organizing, and monitoring the day to day operation in egg room (egg collection and egg grading process.)

Job Description:

· Scheduling of stock man, egg room grader, egg releaser, egg room utility and egg room washer.

· Ensuring the updated stock level of eggs with correct grading record.

· Ensuring timely and correct grading of eggs collected.

· Maintaining egg stock levels.

· Maintaining cleanliness in the area.

· Avoiding wrong grading ( Double Yolk, Jumbo, Large, Medium, Small, Pullets, Pewee, Extra Pullets, Jolen, Dirty Egg, Crack eggs, Soft eggs)

· Ensuring no eggs are wasted.

· Securing egg storage to avoid, spoilage, and wastage.

· Analyzing and implementing new measures for the improvement off egg room department.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
