Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the Head Cook the daily planning of menu to be served.
- In charge of listing orders such as ingredients, kitchen supplies, LPG, etc. that are needed in preparing the menu.
- To propose cost effective menu.
- In charge of kitchen inventory for both food ingredients, cooking supplies, utilities such as LPG.
- Ensure healthy ingredients and safe method of cooking is being practiced and performed.
- Ensure and upkeep good working condition of all kitchen equipment and appliances.
- Ensure correct and proper usage of all kitchen equipment and appliances.
- Ensure all ingredients and its amount (weight and volume) of each menu are properly recorded to efficiently determine costing.
- Deter how food should be presented.
- Such other duties that the company may assign you from time to time.
