Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Slot Technician provides direct and general supervision to slot technical staff in order to ensure the effective and efficient operations and placement of electronic gaming devices
  • Conducts inspection on slot machines to ensure that they are in good condition
  • Takes responsibility for the installation, programming, repair, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of slot machines, parts, locks and related equipment
  • Accomplishes partial or full RAM clears, configures slot machine software and performs functional tests
  • Performs regular inventory of all machines, parts, locks, and other related equipment and maintains an updated record on the same
  • Prepares an accurate and timely record of all tasks performed in a given shift and as required
  • Escalates any concerns or technical issues to the line manager as necessary
  • Coordinates with branch personnel to ensure efficient operations
  • Adheres to all Company policies, department SOPs with emphasis on confidentiality of information
  • Complies with all regulations set forth by PAGCOR
  • Takes initiative in updating one's self on the trends relating to slot technical operations for upskilling purposes
  • Handles tasks as delegated by the line manager

Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience in repair, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of equipment
  • Prior engagement in the gaming industry handling slot machines is a must
  • Certificate or degree in Electronics, Computer Science, IT and related discipline
  • Advanced knowledge of electronics
  • Sound familiarity with computer hardware and software, programming, among others
  • Demonstrated capability in troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of machines
  • Ability to handle various hand tools and power tools
  • Problem-solver and good decision-making skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php21,000.00 per month
