JOB SUMMARY:
The W-Deli Kiosk Store Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of a W-Deli kiosk, ensuring smooth service, excellent customer experience, compliance with food safety standards, and achievement of sales targets. This role supervises staff, manages inventory, and ensures the overall performance of the kiosk aligns with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
· Supervise and lead kiosk staff to deliver high-quality service and products.
· Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
· Monitor daily sales, prepare sales reports, and meet sales targets.
· Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for replenishment.
· Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
· Train new staff and provide on-going coaching to the team.
· Implement marketing or promotional activities as directed by head office.
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kiosk at all times.
Qualifications:
· At least 2 years of supervisory experience in retail or food service.
· Strong leadership and customer service skills.
· Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices.
· Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
· Flexible, reliable, and willing to work on weekends/holidays as needed.
