Work Shift: Permanent Night Shift(follows US time zone)

This is a hands-on e-commerce role focused on driving revenue through Klaviyo email marketing and supporting day-to-day site management on Shopify Plus. You'll own the setup, optimization, and reporting of email campaigns and flows, while also ensuring our online store is fresh, on-brand, and conversion-ready.


Key Responsibilities

Email Marketing (Primary Focus – 50%)

  • Build and launch email campaigns and automated flows in Klaviyo.
  • Segment customers by behavior, purchase history, and demographics.
  • Continuously optimize flows for higher open rates, click rates, conversions, and revenue.
  • Sync email strategy with product performance (best sellers, new releases, seasonal pushes).
  • Provide reporting and insights on campaign ROI and email channel performance.
  • Expand and optimize email subscriber lists through sign-up opportunities and list-building campaigns.

SMS Marketing (10%)

  • Build and launch SMS campaigns and automated flows in Klaviyo.
  • Optimize messaging for engagement, conversions, and revenue.
  • Provide reporting and insights on SMS performance and ROI.
  • Grow SMS subscriber list through targeted sign-up opportunities and campaigns.

Shopify + Site Management (30%)

  • Tag products and update product detail pages (PDPs).
  • Merchandize collections and homepage to keep the site experience fresh.
  • Optimize SEO (product titles, descriptions, meta tags, alt text).
  • Monitor analytics to identify opportunities to increase conversion rates and average order value (AOV).
  • Coordinate with the team to spotlight best-selling and high-margin products.

Analytics & Reporting (10%)

  • Track and report on core KPIs: AOV, conversion rate, bounce rate, cart upsells.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the Marketing and Sales Ops teams.
  • Assist with data pulls for cross-functional initiatives.
Requirements
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, ideally in DTC/Shopify environments.
  • Hands-on expertise with Klaviyo (flows, segmentation, reporting).
  • Familiarity with Shopify Plus, Yotpo, and adjacent apps.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce KPIs and conversion rate optimization basics.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort in pulling and interpreting performance data.
  • Detail-oriented, self-starter, and highly organized.
  • Strong written English communication skills.

Nice to Have
  • Experience with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console).
  • Exposure to A/B testing tools and CRO frameworks.
  • Graphic design or email creative editing skills (Figma, Canva, Photoshop).
  • Experience in outdoor, active lifestyle, or sustainable brands.
