The Specialist Plant Tender in Facilities Management with a focus on Electro-Mechanical Services is responsible for assisting in the operation, maintenance, and monitoring of power generation equipment and electro-mechanical systems within the facility. This role is vital in ensuring continuous power supply, identifying equipment issues, and collaborating with maintenance teams to maintain a smoothly running facility.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Requires 1-3 years of experience in facilities management, electro-mechanical services, or similar roles.
  • Relevant technical certifications may be preferred.

What you'll be doing:

  • Power Generation Monitoring: Monitor and report on generators and power systems to ensure continuous supply.
  • Maintenance Support: Assist in routine and preventive maintenance of power and electro-mechanical equipment.
  • Equipment Upkeep: Clean and organize power generation areas to maintain safety and accessibility.
  • Documentation: Record maintenance activities, repairs, and updates in logs and schedules.
  • Safety & Emergency Response: Follow safety protocols, assist during power emergencies, and support quick restoration.
