A Recruitment Specialist is responsible for helping the recruitment team find suitable applicants for job openings. This includes visiting communities, posting job ads, attending job fairs, and coordinating with local offices.

Job Description:

Ensures overall timely fulfillment of manning requests through proactive recruiting strategies, assists in implementation of employee relations services and retention programs that will reflect the organization's concern for its members.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Development Management, or any related course.
  • Experience in recruitment is an advantage.
  • Willing to be assigned in Kapitolyo, Pasig.

Job Types: Fresh graduate, Permanent

Pay: Php17, Php19,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
