JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible in slicing poultry chicken carcasses into different cuts into specified sizes for various chicken cutups using a gyro cutting machines.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Ensures that all carcasses are being cut in accordance with the customer specifications and standards (correct cuts and weight conformance)

  2. Performs routine inspections and maintenance of cutting machine and reports machine breakdown or problem to the FPS Supervisor.

  3. Maintain a clean and sanitary working environment by regularly cleaning work areas, tools and equipment.

  4. Follow all safety protocols to prevent accident and injuries, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)

  5. Adherence to Food Safety Policies before, during and after cutting operations.

  6. Performs other duties as may be required.
