Inventory Clerk

Job Summary

The Inventory Clerk is responsible for the accuracy of the inventory movement records in the system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, or Computer Application
• 1 year of work experience in clerical work like data entry and inventory is an advantage
• Open for fresh graduates
• Willing to undergo training at WM Capas. Will be assigned permanently at WM Mabalacat once it becomes operational.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Accurate and timely receiving of all the incoming delivery in the system
• Accounts the store to store transfer
• Accounts the completeness of pending and release Return to Vendor (RTV) document
• Checks accurate documentation of RTV releases and bad order (BO) disposal
• Safekeep and secure back end stamps
• Ensure timely submission of documents and reports
