WAITER / SERVER

Job Summary:

The Waiter/Server is responsible for providing professional, warm, and attentive table service to members and guests of Forest Hills Golf Club. Must uphold high service standards, ensure correct order-taking and food service, and maintain cleanliness and dining presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist members and guests courteously
• Present menu and provide basic product knowledge / recommendations
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and encode/relay to kitchen/bar
• Serve food and drinks with proper sequence and etiquette
• Monitor guest needs (water refills, condiments, follow-ups, clearing)
• Handle guest concerns politely and escalate to supervisor when needed
• Assist in table clearing, resetting, and dining area cleanliness
• Ensure complete table setup (utensils, glassware, napkins, condiments)
• Coordinate closely with kitchen and cashier for smooth service flow
• Follow club service standards, grooming rules, and food safety protocols
• Support events, functions, and banquet service as needed

Qualifications

• At least Senior High School / Vocational / College level
• With experience as waiter/server in hotel, restaurant, or club dining is a plus
• With pleasing personality, good hygiene, and professional attitude
• Team player, respectful, and service-oriented
• Able to stand long hours and work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work weekends/holidays and shifting schedules

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php20,000.00 per month
