We are currently seeking a
Senior Engineer
to join our team for the Taiheiyo Cement Silo Project in Calaca, Batangas Province. This is an opportunity to take on a leadership role in delivering a critical industrial structure, working alongside experienced professionals in a fast-paced project environment.

About the Project:

The Taiheiyo Cement Silo Project is a complex industrial build involving two reinforced concrete silos with twin inverted cones, custom formwork, prestressed concrete, and slipforming technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage site engineering and construction activities for reinforced concrete (RC) works on large cement silo structures.
  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality execution.
  • Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and construction plans to guide site activities.
  • Oversee shoring, formwork, and falsework systems for large-scale RC structures.
  • Supervise and coordinate works involving reinforcing steel, formwork, and concrete placement.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and technical standards throughout all phases of construction.
  • Liaise with project stakeholders, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve technical issues and keep progress on track.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • 8–10 years of experience in civil engineering and construction, ideally with exposure to large-scale RC structures.
  • Strong technical knowledge of formwork and shoring systems for high and heavy structures.
  • Proven experience in reinforcing steel, formwork, and concrete works.
  • Excellent ability to read, interpret, and manage engineering drawings.
  • Prior experience in cement silo construction is an advantage, but not required.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage, mentor, and motivate site teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
