What You'll Do:

  • Handle and organize company files and databases.
  • Assist in day-to-day office tasks and documentation.
  • Coordinate with government agencies and partners.
  • Support the team in various admin duties.

What We're Looking For:

  • College graduate (any course is welcome, Secretarial course is a plus).
  • At least 1 year of clerical/admin experience.
  • Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good English communication (spelling, grammar, writing).
  • Organized, trustworthy, and willing to learn.
  • Bonus: Knowledge in basic Accounting
  • Must be willing to work in Caloocan City.
