Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of ELV systems projects, including planning, execution, and closure.
  • Can do design and document review, and implement ELV/Electronics systems such as CCTV, access control, BMS, PA/BGM, IT/Telecom, broadcast and fire alarm systems.
  • Check and Review project plans and schedules.
  • Attend meetings with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Conduct site surveys and project progress inspections to assess project progress.
  • Knowledgeable and ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations, local and international
  • Obtain and maintain project documentation and reports.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues during construction, installation and commissioning.
  • Collaborate with other trades and services, where the systems has an interface to ensure successful project delivery.
