The HR Specialist is responsible for handling and supporting various human resources functions such as recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and HR compliance. This role ensures that HR operations are effectively implemented to support the company's goals and maintain a positive workplace culture.

• Assist in the recruitment and selection process including job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
• Maintain and update employee records (201 files, attendance, leave records, etc.).
• Support in the processing of payroll, benefits, and government contributions.
• Prepare and issue HR documents such as contracts, memos, certifications, and notices.
• Monitor and update performance evaluation forms and regularization processes.
• Handle employee relations concerns and help in implementing disciplinary actions when needed.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR standards.
• Participate in training and development programs and HR initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports such as headcount, attendance, and recruitment updates.

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and HR systems.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
