HR Superintendent is responsible for overseeing and managing the human resources functions within an organization, ensuring efficient HR operations, compliance with labor laws, and alignment with organizational goals.

What you'll be doing

  • Oversee day-to-day HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll, and employee relations
  • Plan and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
  • Coordinate interviews, background checks, and hiring processes
  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution
  • Update HR policies and procedures as needed
  • Monitor employee performance and assist in appraisals and evaluations
  • Support training and development programs to enhance employee skills
  • Prepare HR reports for senior management, including workforce statistics and compliance updates
  • Manage HR budgets and administrative tasks efficiently
  • Updated with labor laws
  • Ensure disciplinary measures follow legal procedures.
What we're looking for
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 4-5 years of progressive experience in human resources or personnel management.
  • Prior supervisory or managerial experience is preferred.
  • Experience in policy development, recruitment, employee relations, and labor law compliance.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
