Address tenants and customers concerns to provide the best mall experience.
Achieve 100% collection efficiency.
Oversee collaborations with different departments to improve customer satisfaction (e.g., event execution).
Carry out other tasks assigned by the operations group as deemed necessary (e.g., mall permit application).
