Job Description

Ensure the organization can access and use computer networks efficiently. Maintain computer networks and systems, including setting up networks, updating old software and hardware, and implementing data security systems

Responsibilities and Duties

• Software/OS maintenance, troubleshoot and maintain computers and printers
• Support current security equipment including CCTV cameras, video storage, and other equipment at local facility
• Develop and update IT policies and procedures
• Support IT audits and manage its response to audit observations
• Troubleshoot employee's PC hardware issues
• Take part in developing an inventory management system to track all company equipment

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or any IT related courses
• At least 2 years and up proven experience as IT Specialist/MIS
• Proficiency in multiple operating systems (Windows 10, 11 and windows servers)
• Familiarity with remote desktop applications and helpdesk software or any other support software
• Efficient in troubleshooting abilities in terms of software and hardware, network tracing and troubleshooting
• Updates and develop IT policies and procedures
• Knowledgeable in system or process automation, excel automation, digital marketing, e-commerce, and web development
