Our expertise includes Drafting, Rendering, Estimating, Construction Administration, Loan Processing, IT, and Accounting services.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and requirements, setting priorities
  • Identifies labor material and time requirements by studying proposals, plans, specifications, and related documents
  • Computes cost factors and prepares estimates for submission to customers and for management purposes such as planning, organizing, and scheduling work, preparing bids, selecting vendors or subcontractors, and determining the cost-effectiveness of jobs produced versus job estimates.
  • Evaluates offers to purchase by costing changes and additions
  • Maintains cost keys and price masters by updating information
  • Responsible to ensure that our sales products are packaged and put to market, as accurate as possible to get the best outcome,
  • Communicate and liaise with different departments such as sales, drafting, and estimating teams to get the best result
  • Understand any related documents such as covenants and DA's for correct information.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of BS in Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • Preferably with at least 1-2 years BPO (Australian) experience
  • Knowledgeable in Bluebeam and/or Planswift software
  • Major knowledge of cost estimates is required (Bill of materials)
  • With experience in dealing with suppliers.
  • With strong oral and written English communication skills
