Are you a strategic operations leader with deep expertise in quoting and estimating? We're looking for a
Senior Director, Global Quoting & Estimating
in Cebu
to shape and scale a best-in-class quoting function that drives business growth, improves margins, and delivers customer value.

This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that partners closely with Sales, Business Operations, and Supply Chain across the globe. You'll lead process transformation, enable smart decision-making, and build systems that set a new standard for speed, accuracy, and competitiveness.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Build and optimize global quoting and estimating processes that support strategic growth
  • Drive speed, accuracy, and transparency in all quote activity
  • Develop and lead a should-cost engineer/estimating team for engineered components
  • Lead quoting system implementation ("In-Mind") to modernize tools and workflows
  • Partner with Sales & Business Ops to improve quote quality and first-pass yield
  • Report on performance metrics and ensure alignment with revenue and margin goals
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and across geographies to ensure consistency and compliance
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cost and increase agility

What You Bring:

  • 10+ years of experience in quoting, estimating, or cost modeling roles
  • 5+ years in supplier or customer negotiations
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing remote/global teams
  • Familiarity with quoting tools and cost estimation platforms (Apriori, Costimator, QuickCost, etc.)
  • Strong analytical, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills
  • BOM and labor analysis expertise; Excel knowledge and SAP ERP familiarity
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related technical field (MBA preferred)
