Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in conducting due diligence on properties the Company is considering for investment or expansion, or as possible sources of raw materials. Includes site inspection, technical research, document evaluation, verifying ownership or SPA (Special Power of Attorney) arrangements, and validating involved parties before endorsement to the project proponent.
  • Implement and maintain a system for monitoring and accounting of the Company's real property assets and related legal cases. Ensure all relevant documents (Original Certificate of Title / Transfer Certificate of Title, contracts, permits, maps, etc.) are up-to-date and readily accessible.
  • Assist in safeguarding the Company's ownership rights and enjoyment over properties acquired, leased, or exchanged. Monitor disputes or claims involving ownership/possession and recommend actions to Management.
  • Assist in handling legal matters involving properties, taxes, permits, licenses; support in preparing requirements for lawsuits or legal proceedings.
  • Assist in the disposal of non-essential real property assets in accordance with policy.
  • Draft and review contracts and other legal documentation related to property / land / real property transactions to ensure compliance with Company standards, relevant laws, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 to 3 years litigation experience
  • Experience in handling land/property cases
  • Willing to work onsite in Angono, Rizal
