- Certification in fiber optics (e.g., FOA Certified Fiber Optic Technician).
- Experience with both aerial and underground cable deployments.
- Basic understanding of network design and troubleshooting techniques.
- Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- High school diploma or technical/vocational training in Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in outside plant (OSP) telecom work.
- Proficiency in fiber splicing, termination, and testing.
- Knowledge of telecom network infrastructure, including aerial and underground deployments.
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
