Plant Manager

We are seeking a motivated Facility Manager/Plant Manager to effectively manage the Bunga Site and its people.

Our objective is to keep and maintain the Bunga Facility in top operating condition at all times to assure CTSI and all its clients the readiness and availability of the entire facility all year round.

• Oversees all day-to-day tasks and assignments of workforce related to maintenance works and tasks, PA assignments, projects and other activities to ensure the same are done efficiently and properly. In particular, strictly implements the maintenance plan for each equipment, apparatus and facility such as but not limited to the following: 4.4.1 Enclosed lifeboat and davit system 4.4.2 Generator – Cummins 4.4.3 Generator – John Deere 4.4.4 Swimming pools 1 & 2 and corresponding system 4.4.5 HUET simulator 1 & 2 and corresponding system 4.4.6 Helideck structure and facilities 4.4.7 HLO facilities 4.4.8 BOSIET facilities 4.4.9 OERTM facilities Electrical fire pump and mechanical fire pump Firefighting and piping systems Water treatment system Clean air compressor system and corresponding cascade air loading system Breathing apparatus and fire extinguishers printed EBS CO2 cartridge refilling systems Firehouses 1 & EBS and maintenance property stem Fir suits and corresponding firefighting related assets Emergency vehicles Bunga office, equipment maintenance building and warehouses Computes (IT) network and system All other equipment, apparatus, devices, facilities and similar assets that CTSI may acquire and install and use in Bunga Facility
• Ensures that the whole facility as well as all the equipment used in the same facility function at optimal condition at all times.
• Ensures that CTSI's training courses held and conducted in the facility are held timely and without delay by providing the Training Specialists with the required resources like personnel and equipment.
• Manages the upkeep and maintenance of the complete facility (all training structures, dormitory, classrooms, canteen, warehouses, grounds and other structures and buildings) and equipment (training and support equipment) according to planned schedules.
• Manages the workforce of the facility according to the needs of our Training Department and the facility's maintenance requirements.
• Manages the safety and security aspects of the facility 24/7.
• In coordination with HR Department, ensures the continuous training and upgrading of the individual capability of all the personnel of the facility.

Requirements

• Willing work onsite and fulltime from Mondays to Saturdays AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
• At least five (5) years of work experience in plant maintenance management work n or similar or equivalent environment where maintenance management has been practiced.
• With basic background in Curriculum Development and Implementation.
• With basic Pedagogical or Andrological Skills.
• With proven human relations and leadership Skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php70,000.00 per month
